Hinsdale NH Town and School District HR Manager

The Hinsdale Town and School District are seeking an experienced HR professional in all related functions to oversee HR functions for 135 full-time positions for the school and 25 full-time for the town. Additionally, the school has 45 part-time employees, and the Town has 22 summer employees. The position reports primarily to the School Superintendent and will have an office located in the school district and one at the town. Anticipated work will be four days with the School and one day with the Town.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources of other related field and 3 – 5 years progressively responsible HR experience preferably in municipal government; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates an ability to successfully perform the requirements of the position.

Salary range to $75,000; starting salary commensurate with qualifications. Excellent benefits. Hinsdale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
