The Town of Hebron, NH (pop 600), is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for the fire department. Hebron is a rural community in Grafton County. The Hebron Fire Department provides services to the communities of Hebron and Groton. The Department is comprised of an on-call staff, and is responsible for providing fire, rescue, and EMS services. The department responds from a single fire station in Hebron.

The Town is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual who will be responsible for the development and management of an on-call fire-EMS recruitment and retention program for firefighters and emergency medical services personnel. This position is responsible for developing, planning, leading and implementing a comprehensive recruitment and retention program that will attract and maintain on call firefighters and EMS staff.

The candidate will need to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings and weekends) with a 16 hour a week maximum.

Wages range from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour and are commensurate with training and experience. This position will start in the fall of 2021 and will continue as long as funding is available. The Town of Hebron is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
